With over 20 years of experience across health, aged care, disability, finance, media, and transport, I’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of industries, government agencies, and communities – including in some of the most remote parts of Australia.
My background is in HR, recruitment, and leading national projects, and I’m passionate about creating simple, people-first solutions that truly make a difference – whether it’s supporting workforce needs, improving frontline services, or helping organisations grow with purpose.
I’m driven by a deep passion and strong values – especially the belief in empowering the right people for the right job. I’ve worked closely with Aboriginal communities, rural service providers, and diverse stakeholder groups, always bringing empathy, insight, and integrity to every engagement.
